He said that ultra-thin chip backtrack processes for semiconductor power devices line project of Thin Wafer Technology is the key project and model project of the "double induction" strategic pilot project implemented by the Municipal Party committee and the municipal government in Lishui Economic and Technological Development Zone, which is of great significance for the development of Lishui semiconductor industry.
